In December 2014 Hindustan Talks organised a 5 day long workshop under the name “Capacity Building Programme for Community Development Officer ” in Chitrakoot District of Uttar Pradesh with a co-operative agency named IFFICO.
In this programme specifically community development officers were trained, we taught them how to do surveys in village , how to work in village for rural development and to sensitize the officers so that they can discharge their roles and responsibilities effectively.
Output of this training came out to be successful as CDO’S were equipped with requisite capacities and worked effectively with the villagers and resolved their issues in time.
