We organised a programme in Chapra District of Bihar from March 2016 to April 2016 with the aim of Model Village and Model Election Campaign.
Our team visited 12 villages where panchayati election has to be held on because sometimes the voters fall prey to greed given by people who want to win election anyhow and choose the wrong person for their village in panchayati elections.
So we used the presentations, videos and talked with people to help them understand what qualities they should look into when choosing their representative because only a right representative can function well for the benefit of village and its people. This will strengthen the democratic spirit of country.
This programme came out to be a success because the representatives chosen are now working well in their respective region, implementing programmes for rural development in a transparent manner.
