We conducted a workshop in Gadiya village of Rampur district from 21June 2015 to 23 June 2015 where we taught them to file RTI and also made them aware of government schemes and after that a public problem solving camp was also organised under Jaago India Movement for two days where we resolved the issues of villagers.
The impact of this training was that villagers filed RTI to know why the work of bridge was not completed as it had to be completed earlier.
Soon the administration got active in completing the work of bridge. Now that bridge has been constructed and facilating the villagers.
After this district magistrate visited the village and appreciated the efforts of people in development of village.
Also a group of Delhi technical University paid a visit to that village for case study and they also organised a camp for five days and helped the villagers in solving the issues they were facing.
