In January 2015 a training programme was organised for scheduled caste and muslim women in Milak Tehsil of Rampur District, Uttar Pradesh.
22 women of age group 38-47 years participated in the programme. They learnt skillful works like embroidery on sarees and designing related work to contribute economically rather than playing a passive role in household.
Two Self Help Groups were formed for helping them financially and promoting their work in the village and outside to get a deserving amount for their works.
We are working to bring poor and unadvantaged people to the mainstream by making them self reliable.
